About Connecting Congo
We are a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization based in the state of Washington and operate in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Founded by David & Mary Manda in July 2009, connecting Congo's mission is to enrich and empower Congolese citizens in rural areas, that have been cut off from resources that could further their education, critical thinking, and sense of innovation, and development.
We desire to provide them with the opportunity to learn and research information that would not only benefit them as individuals, but as an entire community and nation.
We aspire to break down some of the barriers that keep them isolated, by providing access to current educational resources.
