Connecting Congo, founded by David and Mary Manda in 2009, empowers the people of DR Congo by providing the start up supplies and funds for a community internet cafe. Once the laptops are delivered, the internet is hooked up, and the staff are trained, Connecting Congo will collaborate with the community to monitor and ensure its success.
